| Description: | This position is familiar with all Department of Transportation administration, construction inspection, sampling and materials testing processes and procedures. Responsible for management of project inspection and administrative personnel, oversight and documentation of construction operations and materials, and coordination and communication with all parties that have an interest in the project. |
| Qualifications: | Ten years experience in the management of DOT construction inspection, sampling and materials testing processes and procedures. |
